Introduction
By participating in our programs, volunteering, or donating, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Booksthakam as a Public Trust
We are a public trust, and all money we collect comes from voluntary donations. These donations are used to support our programs and operations. Once made, donations are non-refundable, but we provide official receipts for every contribution.

Participation in Programs
Students, schools, and volunteers involved in our programs are expected to follow the guidelines we provide. Any work submitted through our programs allows us the right to print or distribute it.

School Partnerships
Our programs are designed to run smoothly without disturbing school schedules. Partner schools will be recognized in events, publications, and on our website.  

Volunteer Activities
Volunteers are expected to follow our code of conduct and complete their assigned tasks. As a thank-you, they will receive books and certificates of appreciation.  

Limitation of Liability
We do our best to meet expectations, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as the success of published works. We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by unexpected events.

Changes to Policies
We may update these terms and policies from time to time. Any changes will be shared on our website.

Governing Law 
These terms are governed by the laws of  India, and any disputes will be handled in Kerala courts.
